TYPE: Costa Rica. Heredia: Cerros de Zurquí, Northeast of San Isidro, 2000-2400 m, March 3, 1926, P.C. Standley & J. Valerio 50409; “On log; seplas green; lip and petals white.” (holotype, AMES).
